I recently ordered a copy of the new Williams-Sonoma Cookbook, out in October ‘08, which is a compilation of all the best recipes from the 32 Williams-Sonoma Collection cookbooks.
Now, I know that for some people, cooking is a regular thing, but for me it’s kind of like scrubbing the baseboards. However, the photos in this cookbook were so appetizing that I test-drove a couple of the recipes on the weekend. They were delicious!
Asparagus with Hazelnut Vinaigrette – Hazelnut oil is worth every penny
Twice Baked Potatoes – with spinach
Cheddar Drop Biscuits – by far, the hands-down winner
