Well everyone, it’s over. I had my final booty camp session yesterday. And just like Michelle, I am sad that it’s over. Such a great experience and a fantastic way to start the summer off with a heap of motivation!
I am going to continue with a regular fitness routine on my own that incorporates Bikram yoga, the Booty Camp DVD and my regular gym membership. Booty camp helped me get into a regular exercise routine that I now feel is consistent and manageable.
And you can’t argue with results! I am down 4 pounds from when I started 4 weeks ago and have even lost a few inches! Thank you Booty Camp Fitness!
