The Pot and How to Use It

Legendary film critic Roger Ebert was in Toronto last week at Theatre Books to autograph copies of the The Great Movies III,  his latest collection of essays of the silver screen, as well as his new cookbook The Pot and How to Use It.

The book is about how to prepare just about any meal in a rice cooker! Although Ebert lost his lower jaw to cancer a few years ago, and along with that his ability to eat, he still takes immense pleasure in the process of cooking.
