Get All Wound Up for the Yarn Harlot’s newest book!

All Wound Up by New York Times bestselling author Stephanie Pearl-McPhee

Stephanie is coming back with another laugh-out-loud book about knitting, parenting and even crocheting! Fans of her blog will love her newest set of tales about the life of a knitter in All Wound Up.

But don’t get the wrong idea, you don’t have to be a knitter to enjoy her tales. Lovers of memoirs, humourous tales, and heartwarming stories will enjoy this book just as much! Her stories range from people asking her dumb questions about knitting to what her husband does with the new washer when it doesn’t fit in the basement.

I actually had the opportunity to meet Stephanie at a local coffee shop. She’s a hilarious, down-to-earth woman who absolutely loves to knit. I’m not much of a knitter but we had fun talking about knitting and All Wound Up. I even learned a few knitting terms! Did you know ‘tink’ (knit spelled backwards) means to undo knitting one stitch at a time? And did you know every serious knitter has a LYS (local yarn store)? For those who follow Stephanie’s blog, yes, she did carry a sock with her. You can meet Stephanie in person too! She’ll be in Toronto on November 17 for a talk and a book signing at Chapters. More details here.

Readers who can’t wait for All Wound Up can read some quirkly blog posts on Stephanie’s blog at www.yarnharlot.ca. Also, follow @YarnHarlot on Twitter to read some fun tweets.
